WMD Geiger Counter Bit Crusher part 2
I am lucky to have guys like William come get interviewed for PedalsandEffects.com . I really think the Geiger Counter by WMD is an important pedal when it comes to the variety of sounds and the musicality of it. It does produce an array of distortions but it also gets bizarre synth sounds and other noisy elements. The Geiger Counter never fails to inspire me when I hear sounds come out of it. I can create for days when I plug this pedal in. And I use it on electric bass as much as I use it on guitar, keyboards or drums. Everyone can use a little big crushing and this is the best big crusher out there.

Wow, yeah, u got it dialed in there and NOW i want one….I saw the first video but, that loop DID free you up to dial that muther in. I have been wanting a bit crusher type pedal but, this one seems to have A LOT of versatility and synthy sounds even. THX again bass brotha- ian
Wow that thing is out of control! I just saw one in Santa Monica but i didn’t have time to mess with it. Im going to go check it out
Hey Juan,
Loving pedals and effects..thanks for sharing your vast experience, very helpful! Would like to know your take on the various preamp/DI pedals, like sansamp, MXR, and so forth, what do you think of the distortions they offer? I need a good distortion! Thanks Juan,
Davey, London UK.
hey Juan, what’s the box William is sitting on?
I want it! I’ve been consumed with bit crusher effects post-recording … can’t resist the urge to experiment with that live. You have inspired me!
