The helicopter demo was really cool. I always wondered how to got that sound. If you could do some octive and phaser demos thatd be awesome. I’m slowly building my pedal board and those are the pedals that I am Currently playing with. that sound was dope. Sounded like a train smashing down the rails. Thanks again Juan!!!
Juan, you are the man! Even though the first video was brief, I already feel inspired by your effects craftsmanship! I’d love to see more effects play, of course, but i am most interested in how your strings(flatwounds, tapewounds, steel vs. nickel), pickups (especially that Nordstrand Big Single Coil in your 77 P-Bass), and and hardware affect your bass and effect tones.
P.S. Thanks for inspiring me to start playing fretless!

Awesome site! I was brought here by No Treble, and I actually hadn’t heard of you before… but now I’ll certainly look you up + watch these videos. One request I have is some individuals effects pedal demos, giving the advantages/disadvantages and differences between different units (compression, distortion, etc.) for us pedal beginners! That is not to say that your multiple-effects demos aren’t cool

There’s a lot of pedal demos on the web, but not with that level of creativity and devotion to the sound (I think).
What I like about that, is that you will bring some ideas to us, and you will definitely open some hidden doors into our minds.
I think this is music, or sound shaping if you want, and I like it that way.
And also, bassists needed that !
